Poor service

My first time to Miami Spur in Umhlanga Sands was terrible. My family of 11 went in for a late lunch and we received such poor service. Our waitress firstly didnot introduce herself to us and was extremely slow. We asked her for the wifi password and she forgot about it so we told her not to bother about it. We received our starters 45 minutes after we placed our order and receieved our mains 2 minutes after our starters and my main was cold. I asked her for water and waited 10 minutes before I got it. The managers on duty hesitated to approach us and we were told that they are short staffed. We had to approach the senior manager Justin to complain. Only when I mentioned logging a complaint on hello Peter were we taken seriously and was even offered take aways but my family was too upset to accept it so we just left. This was my first and last time at Miami Spur and I will never recommend it to family and friends. I am truly disappointed.
