Poor service

Poor service ever😥.. We went to Misty Falls spur in howinck to celebrate our colleague's birthday and their service was very poor.

Firstly they took long to bring orders and it was not even full inside. Secondly, i ordered a double thick milkshake and it was watery. Thirdly, we never receive water to wash our hands, we didn't receive wet towels, toothpicks and sweats as they usually do.
