Poor Service

I was at Spur yesterday and we usually deal with Isaac, who has become a friend as we go often to the Spur at Randburg Waterfront.<br> <br> Yesterday, it was my birthday - we usually order the burger specials on Monday as it is affordable and very nice.<br> Isaac does the meals for us and we order half chips and half veggies with onion rings.<br> <br> We make the request to the waiter, Happy. She was new so she asked the manager, a black little elderly gentleman, comes to our table and quite rudely states that it cannot be done. I try to explain to him that Isaac usually does it for us and he says, no, the special is either the veg or chips and then abruptly leaves as I was irritated at this stage.<br> <br> I mean, where is the flexibility of the manager?<br> Are your managers not trained to speak politely to customers and make suggestions?<br> Would it have hurt your stores budget to offer us half chips and veggies with the onion rings?<br> Then, it seems as though your portions are SHRINKING as well.<br> <br> I have never experienced such terrible service from a senior person.<br> <br> I will not visit this store, I would rather find out which store Isaac is at and go there.<br> You have lost a GEM in Isaac
