I would like to say how disappointed i am at the service or lack thereof, myself and 2 of my friends went to this Spur for lunch which is an hour we were greeted by 3 people before we could get a waiter she came took our orders and left only to realise 50 minutes later we were still sitting without food and time was 13:00 already we told her to cancel everything and we will only pay for the drinks, her and the manager promised the food was out already we should give them few sec we ended up sitting for further minutes where we decided to leave and pay for the drinks only when we were by the door the food came, with my order i had said no onion rings but there were had no time for anything else we paid and left when we got to the office 1 of my friends had ordered Ched Rup 200 D that comes with chips and salad but she only had the meat with no chips or salad. our order had no cutlery either, now she spent a lot of money for a meal that was meant to be enjoyed with a drink at the restaurant but because of the poor service and our time was obviously up we had to leave in a rush only to find our order with things missing. i will be on leave please call her on ***
