Poor service

My little sister went to spur for early supper on the 8th of Sep 2019, her drink had glass pieces, the manager on duty that night by the name of Batister was able to identify the glass pieces in her drink, she was then rushed to the nearest hospital by her friend she was told that the bill is R80 000, until today her life is at risk and spur is telling us to call their brokers. I must say, Spur is a very big and respective merchant such service is very disappointing. I could loss my sister because of the accident they did yet they do not want to pay my sister’s medical bills or rather compensate her in anyway.
