Poor Service

Visited the spur at gateway in durban. Received the worst service ever! Was attended to 10mins later by waitress who was surprised to find me seated at the table i was ushered to. Was approached by 3 different floor managers who wanted to know if i was ok..One of these guys asked if i was enjoying my breakfast when didnt even start eating yet..was just lifting up cuttlery...he synically said i will enjoy my breakfast and dissappeared. Mug was chipped and cutlery was dirty. Meal was pooorly presented..sunny side up eggs were burst..one had been folded in half and chips thrown on top to cover up. No white sugar provided..could not get waiters or managers attention..when i asked the waitress for white sugar..she immaturely says sorry with a smile on her face! When making payment at the till the furthest card machine away from the till was used..as i was about to punch in my pin a guy appeared from god knows where...and stood on my left watchin me at the pin pad..i had to cover the keypad completly to enter the pin. This guy could have easily grabbed the card and ran off knowing my pin...ushers and waiters were at the door but \seemed"oblivious to knowing this guy appeared."""
