Poor Service

Date 10/7/2015 I'm not happy with the service received at your Soaring Eagle Spur at O R Tambo. We were 8 people. Waited very long for our drinks and meals (Only 5 people ordered meals). My spare rib burger was cold when I finally received it. However, we ate paid and left. One of my main concerns was an apparent (runner or person dressed in a white shirt) approached our table and greeted us in the following manner \Hello Bro". Said he is here to take cutlery. Only took the coffee cup...gave my son a sweet. He looked suspicious in all manners. But what bothered me is that he was part of your staff whatever they tried to do at our table. Our waiter (Fredrick) kept on making a mistake with your debit card machine...punching in R5000. I had to correct him a few times. I even took the machine and punched the amount in myself...he deleted and punched the amount in again a few times while I watched. We were very embarrassed with our visitors from Ireland and tried to not make a scene in front of our visitors."""
