Poor Service

On Sunday 18/08/2019 me and my husband went for dinner for 2 at Arrow Creek Spur Mafikeng. Firstly the Waitress didn't have a name tag and she identified herself as Boitshepo or Boitsheko. We ordered Mojito and they made it without Lemon and Mint saying they were out of stock. Why make it in the first place? My husband then ordered Virgin Pinnacolada and it came back very watery and he returned it and asked that they make another one. After returning the pinnacolada a lady who didn't identify herself came to our table to check on us and after giving her our complaint she vanished and never to return again. Complimentary Sauce bottles were empty and had to wait for the waitress to pass by our table to ask for sauces. After eating we requested the bill and produced our Family Card. She collected the card and made us wait for her to return with the swiping machine. Instead of coming back to us we saw her taking another order at another table and we gave up waiting and walked to the reception to pay. Fortunately we remembered our table number 27, we paid and left disappointed, on my birthday nogal. Arrow Creek, you can do better than that!
