Poor security at Spur Savannah mall

On the 3rd of April 2018, my two friends and I decided to visit Spur at Savannah mall in Polokwane; after watching our movie. A strange drunk man appeared out of no where and sat with us. We kindly asked him to leave and he declined angrily so. We asked the staff to assist but nothing happened. The manager called security but that didn't help either. The drunk man was making a scene and making false accusations. He kept on throwing mild insults like we didn't matter.

It was just disappointing to know that 4 security people couldn't remove that man. I didn't feel safe at all. My friends and I later on decided to leave as it was getting very uncomfortable and felt unsafe.

This issue was handled poorly. Please have trained people to deal with such incidents.
