Poor quality of service.

I have been going to spurs for years, and over the last few years have noticed that the quality of the service is really no more up to standard. As a customer I no longer get that expected customer experience. it is as if we are just there and nothing special. After reading other reports, I think all Spurs should have a good look at the staff and the way the patrons are been treated. At the end of the meal they still expect to be tipped. I will only tip the waiter if I get that real customer experience.
