Poor quality food.

Dear Spur Malmesbury,

I popped in looking for some great spare ribs. What a disappointment. The first portion arrived, and it was very chewy and tasteless. So they replaced it with another portion, and it was as bad as the first. The chips with the first portion was half cooked, no colour and unpleasant to chew. The second batch was better. On the service side i had to ask for more serviettes, as well as a finger bowl. It arrived cold, and no lemon. I have eaten there before, and it was a pleasant experience, but today, NO. The manager on duty, Liezel, really tried her best. Thank you. Food 2/10, service a 4/10 and management a 10/10.
