Poor quality food

This past Saturday I took my wife and three kids to Golden Bay Spur in Big bay. We regularly go to this Spur and have not been disappointed, until now. The service was great, amenities good and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was the Poor quality food. My wife and I order combos with chicken and the ribs. The chicken was stiff and almost felt like old/stale food. It seemed as if it was just reheated and new sauce just poured over it. We are very disappointed as we spend alot of money for the whole family and expect quality food to be served always. We really like this Spur and its a great family restaurant. My kids enjoy the play area and we enjoy the time to ourselves. I hope that the management or the brand take note of this complaint and improve their food quality for the better.
