poor presentation of bad food
on 13.03.2016 at 18.30 I visited Spur gateway as usual to celebrate my sons 16th birthday which we have done for the last 16 years.I was gutted with the poor presentation of food that lacked appeal. all 4 meals came with garnish or salads as they usally do. No lettuce /tomatoe to make the meal look presentable as the meal portion for myself was small as it looked like they put half a portion of chips on the plate compared to what the others got..I really was disappointed with the quality for money service.With the current drought,It is highly unlikely that a franchise chain with put out poor ,un appeasing meals to regular patrons.

We have stopped serving the tomato/lettuce garnish due to high wastage in our stores throughout the country. However, should you wish to have garnish, then please alert your waiter and they will request it when placing your order.
