Poor poor service

We are on tour in Durban , we have 32 children and 7 staff, we tried booking at Datona spur but there phone line does not work , i asked manager if he could organise a special price for the large amount of guests, his response i should book ,well i tried, he says our phone doesnt work.He says he cannot afford to give discount on burger meal whick is 86 , we have a budget of 80 per child.His reason is that is just to much money to lose , well he have now lost 39 clients and close on R4000,thank u to Wimpy who accommodated us with an awesome special.Spur shame on you
