Poor management in Spurs Cresta

Hi I went to Spurs in Cresta mall with my family on the 26th around 2pm, the waitress who was supposed to serve us is Ziyanda we waited for 30 minutes for her to come take our drinks Order, I had to ask for a manager in duty who was also no where to be seen his name is Lucky , poor management, short staffed as they couldn't handle 6 tables in the shop .we had to walk away without eating.
