Poor Management and service.

Good Day. Took my family to Spur Blue route on Saturday 25/10/25 and where extremely disappointed in the poor service and management within the restaurant. Manager giving wrong information on reqeust as what Prawns where getting served. I was extremely disappointed that when it was wrong that he places the blame on the poor waiter after I saw him giving info to her. And then also lying about the Prawns that was served with the Steak. As I in the Seafood Industry towards restaurants and knew that it wasnt the product that I got. Feel I wasted a lot of money on the meals and had an extremely poor and frustrating expiernce. Kind Regards Brian van Eyssen
