Poor hygiene & service

Last night we visited spur daytona in suncoast. My family and I just decided to have a few drinks and relax, after having a few drinks we needed to use the bathroom. As we entered the bathroom, We were appalled with what we had seen. There were used tissue papers throughout the toilet floor and on the basin, urine on the seats of the toilet and empty ceres juice bottles thrown ontop of the basin. The toilets were not only untidy and unhygienic considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic... IT SMELLED DISGUSTING. For an internal washroom, i am shocked at what I had witnessed. We had spoken to the manager Pilani who asvised us that it is a ladies toilets and being a man obviously he wasnt aware of the situation as he doesn't enter those toilets, he was very pleasant about the whole situation and said he will get on it right away.

The other issue we had was with the drinks that we had ordered. The first ****tail we ordered was filled with so much of ice that we asked for the second ****tail to have less ice. Upon arrival of the drinks, we see that they have given us half a ****tail with the same amount of ice as the first ones we had ordered and they charged us the normal price for half the ****tail. We spoke to Pilani again who stated '' in their training they were taught to only put 250 ml alcohol and fill the rest of the glass with ice as the alcohol was too strong''.. Could they not have put in more juice or something instead of serving customers half a glass.. it was very upsetting as we're paying R55 each and that's what we are served.
