Poor hygiene

I went to chinook spur at 13:11 on the 21st of March. Did a take away and paid and waited plus minus 18 minutes for my order. In the meantime a spur staff member allowed a small baby into her arms and she took this baby into the bar area and cooking area. The other staff members were all "handling" this small baby while cooking and serving drinks.....no hygiene. My steak 200gms was overcooked as I found out when I got home. I then weighed this steak and it was 172gms. It was too tough for me and my dogs.Those management should go on a hygiene course as well as the kitchen staff......disgusting
