Poor food standards and service

I went to Iowa Spur in Soneike Kuilsriver. Placed a order for a full portion of nachos, wings and mushrooms starter. The order for the nachos took about 20 minutes when the nachos came I ordered spicy half of it was spicy there was too little avo. I then got told that the wings and mushrooms will take a while. I ate the nachos but of cause my son didn't eat so the wings and mushrooms would be for him. When the wings and mushrooms came later i was horrified. It looks like the wings was eaten on the way it was on the chicken bone and so hard, the mushrooms wasn't the normal crumbed mushrooms but big mushrooms fried in pieces and not refresh at all just like the chicken. All the manager could say is sorry and it still left us hungry. I got told it was taken off from the bill and my food was taken away. I told the manager I am not happy and the quality of the food was very poor and all he did was take the food back and take it off the bill. I was not impressed as I had to end up going to KFC TO GET Food!!! I would like this to be taken up with the area manager attached will also be pics of the food that they expected me to eat. That chicken was hard and dry against the bone. The service was bad too. After they took the food back the waiter brought the bill almost like she was chasing me out of spur.
