Poor food quality from Spur....people without a taste for life

The worst experience ever. My family and I have being to the spur in Ladysmith to our surprise the chicken had a bad taste the food quality was poor apart from it not being cooked correctly it was the worst ever. I called the manager and complained it feel like me as a cash paying customer have not being heard. Spur you should consider closing this business down for its food was all old products. You can smell and say when things are off and stale. How do you allow this place to sell out to the public? Shocking... SHOCKING and the 1st and last experience ever. If my family and I do get sick a lost suit is coming your way. I have eat spurs through SOUTH AFRICA but this is horrible. Pathetic service and a Manger that is completely useless.
