Poor Food quality

We went to Spur for dinner at Highveld mall Emalahleni on the 26/08/2019 with my wife and her friend. We had a good service from Gift the waitress. The only problem was the food. The meat was very dry and you would choke yourself to death if you didn’t have drink. I asked for the manager Patience to ask her to taste the meat. She refused and told me that they are closing. I then paid the bill for food we didn’t even finish eating. It’s been 12 years since I started eating at different Spur Franchise including the one from Emalahleni and I never experienced such poor customer service. No longer going to eat at any Spur because of Spur Emalahleni
