poor food preparation

On visiting the Sunset Bay Spur in Gordons Bay on the 29th December 2021, we( a group of 8 customers) came to the conclusion that there will not be anymore visits in the foreseeable future to this particular institution until a change came to light in proper management or kitchen staff. The reasons is set out below : 1) Meals was ordered and delivered with raw pork sausages 2) Scrambled eggs for a 2 year old child was delivered raw( a possible action for salmonella bacteria ) 3) After ALL the food was delivered, except for 1 x waffle with ice-cream, the waiter informed us that there was NO ice-cream?! The manager Gerhardt informed us that they struggled with some of their suppliers. Personally, after being in the food industry myself, this is quite a lame excuse, as you should be prepared for any situation, slow or busy days. We were however compensated for not being charged for this unsatisfactory food presented, but this did not change our minds in returning here soon.
