Poor food handling

Very disappointed with the above mentioned spur. I was there yesterday 29/06/2025 around 14:00 to celebrate both daughters birthdays, got to the restaurant ordered our drinks and meals which all came in time. When I took a bite of my hot veggies, I unfortunately bit a stink bug in my cream spinach and reported to the waitress "Nomsa" and went to the bathroom to vomit and rinse my mouth as the smell of that thing was in my mouth. She then called the manager who then took my food away and offered me a coke to wash off the smell. She then offered me wings which where way less that my actual meal. I had explained to the waitress that I going to use the birthday voucher and she said it was okay but later I was told that she cannot use that voucher cos my daughter had ordered the wrong meal which means the voucher won't be claimed and I paid the full amount for my actual meal. Very unhappy with the whole situation 😡😡😡
