Poor food & customer experience at Spur

I visited to Spur Copper Canyon while in Ndola, Zambia.

I ordered the chicken livers served with Garlic toast. Upon receiving the meal I noticed the garlic toast would not even enable me to eat 1/4 the size of the meal. I asked the waiter where was the balance of the garlic toast and she said she would speak to the manager. I was then told if I want more, I have to order more. I have never experienced such a small serving of bread with the chicken livers. Why is it that the serving size is so small, are we purposely being pushed to order more bread? This is utter nonsense.
