Poor experiance

Requested a steak well done. Waiter brought the meals to the table, i sliced the steak and it was still red.

Called the waiter to request it been made well done. when he returned my plate only the one piece cut was re-heated and well done and the other pieces still cold and red?

I finished up and paid the bill at the counter. Sad,feel like ill never want to take my family out to spur again....
