Poor customer service ever order no:DFD467954

<p>i ordered ribs with buffalo wings & lamb chops on the 18th feb 2017 thru Mr delivery</p> <p>1st of all the food was terrible not well prepared meat was not marinated at all, the order was incomplete as it had no wings. The first lady (Manager) that i spoke to Promised that she'll sort this out by offering me a another meal and she wil personally deliver the food herself later, i said ok but she never called or delivered</p> <p>i called again at 9pm and i spoke to another gentleman(manager) he asked me if he could call me back in 5min i said sure &, he never called. i wasted my R374 for meal that wasnt upto standard i have their food in my refridgerator i wanted to show it to them & asked if that Food was worth what i paid?</p> <p>Management failed to ressolve my issue, i'll never order food from Spur klerksdorp again very incompent & lack of customer service</p>
