Poor Customer Service

This past Sat (31st May 2025) my husband and I decided to go to the Spur in Tygervalley Mall. We were assisted and seated at a table. The waiter assigned to us has brought the menus and asked if we needed a few minutes before ordering and our reply was “ yes “ Our waiter returned after about 10min,took down our order but my husband had stated that he would please like his coke brought now and not with the meal. The waiter nodded and left,20 min had passed by and still no waiter had brought anything ,my husband started getting impatient as he is a diabetic and asked for the coke to be brought after the waiter took our order. We looked around and saw the waiter nowhere and then my husband decided that we get up and leave..which we did. They were not extremely busy so I couldn’t understand why it was so difficult to just bring a coke to the table. Very disappointing
