Poor customer service

I am at Spur King williams town. I've never seen such poor customer service as that one I've received there. I've been to many Spur restaurants but no this one takes the Cup. I've been here for almost an hour and to my surprise not even a waitress came to attend me, even at the door when I came in there was no one. And the stuff have a bad attitude. I'll never ever set my foot here ever again.
