Poor customer service and lack of accountability for mistake made.

This happened at Spur Vangate Branch. My nephew and I arrived and were shown to our seats after a bit of a wait at the entrance. The place was not full. Once seated, we waited again for about 10 minutes before placemats were put down. Another wait before our order was taken by a not-so -friendly waitress. She brought our drinks and then proceeded to spill a coke all over me, drenching me from top to toe and then rushed away without an apology. Other staff appeared with serviettes and very lame, half-hearted apologies about it being an accident - fair enough - but the lame way they handled the incident and brushing it off as an accident without acknowledging the negligence of the waitress in handling a drinks order. Their first instinct was to excuse it as an accident with no accountability at which point I just mopped up the coke in my hair and face and left. Shockingly poor customer service and lack of accountability. I will not recimmend this establishment at all. 2
