Poor customer service and food. Definitely a thumbs down

So I'm currently sitting in Spur @ promenade, Mitchell's Plain and I'm not having a good time. We only saw our waiter upon seating and ordering at the same time. He brought our food and we never saw him again. Apart from the latte that was great, the food was hideous. Overcooked steak without seasoning and the beef burger was dry and dreadful. No point in complaining since our waiter never returned to check if everything was in order. No return on enquiring if we wanted anything else. This is our go to place for breakfast every now and then but this was definitely off putting.
