Poor customer service

I don’t know which spur is this but I’m talking about Piet Retief tuscarora spur some of the staff are rude and not treating customers well they do not have customer service I think they need trainings on customer service special Siyabonga and Sbahle the 2 guys one told me his getting angry at me which is siyabonga and the other Sbahle instead of saying excuse me go stay to other seat you on the way he just started shouting at us and not be polite at us, we no happy with the employees they rude and we not happy including the people I’m with they treat white people better than black peoples
