Poor customer service

This restaurant (Spur Steak Ranches based in Paarl Mall) offers extremely bad customer service.

On more than 1 occasions I experienced poor service and observed multiple other poor customer services events.

On one occasion I had to wait for almost 1 full hour just to get my bill. I ended up approaching the manager to request my bill. The payment process took 10 minutes because the bill information was also incorrect. I needed to pay for items not served yet.

On a second occasion I was seated immediately but waited for almost 30 minutes to get a waiter. I ended up approaching the manager to notify her that my table does not have an assigned waiter yet. This was resolved immediately but just unacceptable.

It's extremely hard to step into this restaurant with a good customer service expectation.
