Poor customer service

Good day,

Kindly receive my complaint. As i was having my working breakfast at Spur rynfield benoni Santa cruz, my colleague spilled her coffee which affected my laptop. There was a manager closeby with a cloth, we requested her help and she refused stating that she cant give us the cloth as the Chef will kill her, we had to wait for our waitress to get paper towel to clear the area.

It is so absurd that my company gadget absorbed water when she could have assisted

I am really disappointed and dissatisfied. Her name is Derorise, by the way she did not have her name badge on, we asked around.

I hope you will attend my complaint to avoid such happening again. Thank you to Zamo, who came and apologised
