Poor customer service

We went to Spur ay my Silver star casino.. the worst experience ever.. shop dirty.. tables dirty.. you has to ask for someone to wipe your table .. those food paper specials dry with spilt cold drink .. ordered ribs and I should say it was not a loin rib struggled cutting it up .. ( cutting through ) the fatty part still there .. it wasn’t trimmed and both of our plates had the same problem.. I will never eat at spur again .. worst experience!
