Poor Customer Care

<p>Took my dau ghter for her birthday treat yesterday and only to receive the most bad service ever and it not the 1st time receiving bad service at the same branch.They said the eat free was no longer there and while it is there online and i showed the Manager.This has been there for ages so if ever there is a change they should notify customers.If then it was longer there what source of communication to the customer did do?Theie customer care claimed that they sent messages to ecustomers and i wonder why i was ommitted?</p> <p> </p> <p>We sat with kids for more than 45 mins while they were sending us from pillar to post.I ended up buying take away for my kids as i did not want to be at Spurs anymore,they spoiled my daughters birthday!My kids love ribs but i will make sure we find a better shop with good customer care & satifaction.</p> <p> </p>
