Poor, bad, disappointing

On 24 January 2025, we went to our local Spur, Arkansas Spur, in Nelspruit, to celebrate a friend's birthday. We went there for the Spur experience and left feeling disappointed and angry. It was the worst service ever. Our waitress was non existent, in fact there was no waiters on the floor. We waited for an hour and a half for food, in this time our waitress wasn't at our table once to get refil drinks orders. If one of the other patrons didn't tell us that apparently there was a problem in the kitchen and that was why we were waiting forever, we wouldn't have known. We got our food, that by the way was very below standard, I asked for a coke that didn't arrive. My friend had to get up, and go to were the drink orders is received by waiters and make a huge scene to get me my coke. We paid for our bill and the operations manager asked us why we paid our bill if we were unhappy. Duh!!!! Why didn't he said something before we paid. The owner should know about this
