Poor attitude, slow service, lack of quality

<p>I went in to a spur at suncoast casino as i was on holiday in DBN from JHB.</p> <p>I do understand it was newyears day however the spur was not very busy (80% Full)</p> <p>We stood in front of the store waiting to be seated but no one came , the reception lady saw us but didnt bother to tell us that we will be assisted, I approached her and ask "Hi mam do you have a table for 2", I recieved a comment, wait there some one will seat you with a annoyed attiude.</p> <p>The person finally came to seat us (tall guy with dreads, very friendy).</p> <p>He however seated us at a table the was not cleaned.</p> <p>We waited 5min for a waiter only after I asked another waiter to call someone , can we get a waiter and for the table to be cleaned.</p> <p>Simphiwe came through, not introducing himself , and taking our order as if he was doing us a favour and that we were bothering him. I had to ask about specials as he nevermentioned it. I was very professionaly and asked the waiter if everything was ok and if there was a problem as he didnt seem interested in serving us, the response i revieved from Simphiwe was " O this is not even my table , im just filling in as someone never come to work and im tired and we busy" At that point we were considering waking up and going somewhere else , however we decided to stay to give the Spur a chance hoping the food was good. To our dissapointment it was not good at all, the chicken schintzel was over cooked and dry, the ribs which spur prides themself on was dry and lacked basting. We ask for the manager to give them a chance to respond but the manager never arrived, we asked from the bill paid and left extremely dissappointed. </p>
