POO in the playroom!

My husband, sister and I took my 1 year old daughter to Spur on Monday evening. The play room was extremely busy and there were no Spur staff supervising - my daughter nearly got knocked over numerous times by unsupervised children running wild. Never the less we were all having a fabulous time until my daughter stepped in poo! Some child had pooed in the play room! I can not even begin to describe my disgust. In a food environment filled with children some child had managed to poo and no one had noticed! I had to remove my daughter's shoes which were covered in it and can now be thrown away (very upsetting because they are expensive leather shoes that can not be washed let alone disinfected to the extent I would be satisfied in letting her wear them again). This all happened before our food arrived so we were all put off our food and had lost our appetite entirely. My daughter was also very upset and not being allowed to even walk around as she had no shoes! I definitely feel this could have and should have been prevented by staff presence in the playroom. I was told the manager would call me and he has not. All in all I am disgusted and appalled!
