Policies?
I spoke to one of the waiter (I did not get his name) and asked his to serve my 10 year old sister while I an some errands, and he agreed. I returned 45 minutes later to find that she still hadn't ordered her food and she hadn't even been attended. I learned from the manager, Captain that it's against their policy to for them to serve minors who are not under adult supervision. Is this something that only the managers know? Or was it negligence from that waiter? Where is this policy stated? Why wasn't I informed about it before I left her there?

The waiter is wrong and had he/she read the Play Canyon Parents Notice that is displayed in the restaurant he/she would not have agreed to serve your sister. The notice reads, \The restaurant or Play Canyon may only be utilised by children if parents/guardians are present in the restaurant\".
