Please start looking into this because you are loosing customers.

Well I have been boycotting this Spur for a whole year but against my advise my family wanted to go to this one. Seems like they did not learn there lesson.

Let me start by saying the food is great, no problems here. It was finger licking good. The problem that is still there after being there almost a year ago is still there. seems like nothing is being done.

We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and the venue was no full. It was empty. The side we were sitting there was only 2 other couples so in total 3 couples, but did we wait long for the food. Then wifey orders a piece of cake and that only arrived about 30 minutes later. Why it took so long is beyond our understanding..

There was a point in time that we wanted to leave because they were taking so long but my son insisted that we wait.

I was just imagining if the place are pack on weekends how long will you have to wait. Let the waiters start telling customers that it's going to take about X amount for the food to be ready then we at least have a choice to either go or to stay and if we stay we at least know that we were informed and don't have to keep asking over and over again why things takes so long.

Why does other spurs especially the two in Alberton ****tle Eagle Spur & Rocky Peak Spur) manage to get things always right?

If you take my family we were usually a group of 15 - 20 that will come there every month sometimes twice, but you lost us to another spur which is further to drive to, but because of the service is prepared to rather drive longer for good service.
