Please close if you can't live up to spur standards

Went to spur in Muizenberg today. Got shown to our seats after a short wait. But no menu given. Then after 15mins finally a menu got brought to our table as apparently they have a shortage of menus??? Again a wait of 35 minds and no waiter to take our order. We got up and walked out. The hostess didn't even stop us or ask why we are leaving. She just showed the next people waiting that they can take our seats. Pathetic service. Worst Spur I have ever been to
