Plastic in my beef burger
Myself and a friend thought it would be a good idea to have supper at spur and order the burger special. The time delivery of the food was lengthy, after the lengthy wait the service seemed to be declining. From the taste the burger appeared to be over char grilled again this is something I was willing to overlook. However what was not acceptable is when I discovered that I had been chewing on a plastic piece the size of an adults index finger. We brought this to the waiters attention and he took the food away and mumbled something about speaking to the manager and sorting it out and for the interim he will give us an ice cream. We asked for the bill after realizing issue would not sorted out as the manager had not even come to us and attend to this and nor had the waiter an appropriate solution. This was my first time at this Spur and it has left distasteful experience with me. This is contrary to the Spur's ethos of \sharing a great meal in a warm and friendly environment
