Piketberg Spur should be ashamed

<p>I honestly don't know where to start. Piketberg Spur gives the franchise a BAD name. Their personnel are too busy smoking outside than give their customers the treatment we pay for. They are constantly out of stock - if it is not pizza bases, it is syrup for milkshakes or half of the sweet treats on the menu. Was there yesterday with a birthday party and they did not even have a sparkle for the birthday boy to put on his ice cream he almost did not get if we did not ask repeatedly. They make you feel that they have something better to do then taking your order. We love Spur, but the one in Piketberg is known for its very poor service. The kids playroom need some work as well - lovely outside play area but inside half of the games do not work... Come on Spur - we are used to better !</p>
