PIECE OF GLASS IN FOOD

i was at Carolina Spur with my kids on 26/08/17 .i have ordered a chicken burger for my daughter and chicken nuggets for my son. while we were busy eating my daughter found a piece of glass in her mouth from the chips she ate.she spit it out and her tongue was bleeding.we have not received any medical attention and the manager came and apologize and did not charged me for her food,however he promised to contact me the following day to ask how she was doing.he did not contact me at all however he did took my name and number.i will never eat at any Spur again with my kids.just imagine how worse it could've been and my daughter had a tonsillectomy operation just 2 weeks ago.
