Phone got ****** at Spur in KarenPark!

Tonight my husband and I went to Spur in KarenPark and we where at the front paying our bill when some man stole my phone from my bag!! The manager checked the cameras now and we see the man. The waiter and the manager said that guy just came in to borrow a lighter!!! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU LET RANDOM MEN WALK INTO YOUR STORE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER AND WAITERS AND NOT SUPERVISE THE PERSON. AND NOW WHILE PAYING AND SORTING OUT THE BILL MY PHONE GETS ****** AND NOBODY CAN PUT IN SOME EFFORT TO HELP ME!

IT'S ON ****** CAMERA!! THEY LET SOME MAN COME IN TO BORROW A LIGHTER AND LEAVE HIM UNSUPERVISED SO HE ENDS UP *****ING FROM ME!!

SO BASICALLY SPUR IN KARENPARK IS A FREAKING HEAVEN FOR THEIVES TO PREY ON CUSTOMERS!

THIS HAPPENED RIGHT BY THE PAY Area where the manager and a few waiters where and nobody bothered to keep an eye out for random people walking in! And nobody will take accountability for this!!!

I'm appalled by the damn ***** and the staff who don't supervise the place accordingly!!!

I AM FURIOUS!!!!
