PERTHETIC service from spur N1 city!!!!!

<p>I am very disapointed and unhappy with the service at spur N1 city , Firsty I went on thier website, and send my compaint on monday(1st of may 2017) and got no response from them. , as for the service I got on sunday from them was PERTHETIC !!!. We arrived at 1 o clock, and received 3x waffles a hour and 30mins later, we also ordered drinks, received 2, and the other 1 an hour later, we ordered steak and chicken, and both was raw, we also were billed for 2 milkshakes, which we never received , and was told by lee-ann the waiter, 2 take a doggy bag, seriously, perthetic I think, and the play park for the kidds was smelly and the carpet dirty, and our kids are suppose 2 play there. Then to top it off i recieve a call from the head waiter to apologize, not even a supervisor!!!! what a joke! This was really a day and money wasted, BAD service all around, that branch will not see my family and some friends of mine again for sure! Perthetic!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
