Pay good prices to get poor quality products at Spur Steak Ranches!

Yesterday (2/6/19), my family and I had lunch at the Spur in the new Cornubia mall. We were seated when it took a long time before the waiter tended to our table. It was a busy day for them, and I sincerely commend our waiter for her patience with us. We understood that our orders might be a little late. We eventually placed our order, when the first plate of food came (starter), the plate was ICE cold. not even cooled down. Just, ice. We sent it back for reheating. My niece ordered a vanilla milkshake with cream and my sister ordered a latte with cream. Both orders eventually came back with no cream. The Latte tasted like a cappuccino with frothy milk, and the vanilla milkshake came through like watered down slush. like it had been frozen, and frozen again, and then thawed and brought to our table, with no cream. We sent the milkshake back as it was inconsumable and tasted old and spoilt, to which the waiter brought the correct order the 2nd time around. All while still waiting for our starter to come back warm. The food eventually comes back to us REHEATED. Then, the rest of the order comes through. As we eat, we find hair fried in with and attached to the onion rings, a little past halfway through the meal. we all stop eating. Paid, and left. Had I not seen the hair, I could have consumed it! Absolute DISGUST! Spur menus aren't cheap! Your customers pay good money for an expected service that barely ever gets met!!! I have been to the Spur in Cornubia a few times, and every time I've been there I had a bad experience. Either the food was tasteless or burned or poor service, but yesterday topped it all. I have heard from many others that the quality there is sometimes **********. You guys need to wake up before you lose a good amount of customers.
