Pathetic staff and management

<p>My family and I we just embarrassed at the Mexico Spur in Century City mall to the extent that I would not use this spur ever again. We went to sit at a table with menus on and we were then told by the waitor that she is not certain if the table was booked or not. By the time she got back we were already seated. While trying to verify if the table was booked or not she asked the the senior manager who was walking past at the time. He blurted out loudly that the table was booked and we must move. After this we refused to move as there were no reserve signs. He then decided to engage in a whose right and wrong debate which I found totally unacceptable as it was starting to attract attention. We thus decided to leave the Spur. On a previous visitors there was dirt under a table which I had to kick out of the way. My kids are as well never offered any crayons or anything. Bad management leads to poor staff morale.</p>
