Pathetic Spur

This is not the first time that I complain about the service and management at this Spur. We visited this Spur to meet a friend as it is the closest Spur to our home and ordered food. After a long wait and request to the waiters, our food eventually arrived. The food was cold and we called for the manager. His excuse was that the facility was quite full and that they are trying their best to satisfy all the customers. This was the same excuse the times we frequented this location before and it seems that it is a standing excuse for poor service. The food was heated which is not satisfactory. Definitely our final visit unfortunately until new management can actually manage this outlet.
