Arrived at the place wud no introduction of the waiter, then as per the menu they refused to do alternatives to the items on the menu, the manger herself was slow n arrogant wud no sense of good customer service. As we do not consume pork or beef, we asked for the ribs to b exchanged n the waiter n manger bluntly stated they will not. The meal menu for the fish n chips had the option of rice n wen order was brought forth the waiter then stated they do not have stock, unprofessional n frustrating as it was my birthday n it was suppose to b a good family dinner after a long day at work. The manger was Slo n waiter was Smanga.as a person at the forefront of a place like spur the ppl in charge need to b fast, effective, efficient, portray good customer service n have a good attitude.
